CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS

Your appointments are important to us as they are reserved specifically for you. We understand that life happens- however we respectfully require at least a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Anything under the 24 hour mark will result in a 50% charge of the service booked to the credit card on file. If no notice is given, there will be a 100% charge of the service booked to the credit card on file. If the card on file is unable to be charged, we will require the fees to be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

RUNNING LATE

Out of respect for our other guests, we ask that if you are running late to please reach out to your stylist to let them know. We reserve a 15 minute grace period for guests running late, anything past that will be up to stylists discretion and may result in a 50% charge to the card on file due to the last minute cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify your appointment to ensure we are on time for other appointments. 

ADDITIONAL GUESTS

At Belle Toi Salon, we always strive to provide the best experience for our clients. To maintain a relaxing and comfortable environment, we kindly ask that you limit your additional guests to one person during your appointment.
